Oh Jean - this is gorgeous. You have made my day. Your photography skills are improving all the time. But then you always take those special photographic views, in my opinion. Hmm ... I have to say - you are an artist.

Thank you.

Sweet!

Love the mirrored body stance in #2.

Very cute.

On Saturday I was watching a toddler on the beach who was wearing shorts that reached his ankles, a long tee shirt, and an enormous straw hat. His "toddling" walk made him look like a cartoon character.

Oh, I love these... especially that they are in black & white and so one becomes aware of the design element... thanks for your comment, good wishes, and linking, I'll be linking too as soon as I get some time - though I do it manually, not finding blogrolling works on my site (could it be the template I'm using?)~ xo

These photos remind of the Cezannes I just saw at the Museum of Modern Art in New York. Even though you posted them as balck and white, I see the depth of color in them!

Maria, actually there was lots of depth but little colour in these, since the shadows were so dark and the sunlight so bright - that's what inspired me to post them in black and white. Even in black and white, though, trees always conjure the feeling of green, don't they?
