  Still skaters

Today this is my favourite - and I wonder why it wasn't yesterday.

Comments:
So you weren't just playing Pingu, you were living it!

Oh, Pingu! I'd forgotten how everything in my household would stop for the brief Pingu episodes between TV programs when my children were little. Sweet Pingu!

This photograph captures so much I'm almost nostalgic looking at it!

*hugs xo

This photo struck a nostalgic chord in me too! Ttook me back far into the Eastern Europe of my childhood, where the snow sparkled and glittered around the ice rink!

As I sit here on another mid-30s degree day with a torrential downpour outside, all I can say is that I'm very jealous that things are cold enough to support a rink over your way...

Wonderful childhood memories evoked by these photos, Jean! Is that why you have had such pleasure watching the skaters, children and parents? How we must take and enjoy our little pleasures whenever they come!

What is Pingu?

This is a great family portrait — unusual to capture when they are all in flight!

You may wish you hadn't - I'm completely addicted!
